Your privacy is very important to Just Gymnastics, we want all members to have a clear understanding of how we use your personal information. We will ensure that all your data is kept secure and only used for the purpose outlined in this notice.

Information we collect about you when joining our club; 2 emergency contact names and numbers, email address, child’s name, date of birth and your address. 

We collect this data using our Booking System Class for Kids. 

Emergency phone numbers are saved in Just Gymnastics Mobile Phone. 

Head coaches only have access to the login for Class For Kids and only on the Just Gymnastics Laptop or Ipad. 

If members do not attend classes for at least 2 months Just Gymnastics will remove all details from the mobile phone and will destroy medical/emergency contact form.
