Our Mini’s classes are for ages 18 months - 4 years, they are run by our friendly and experienced team of pre school coaches. We deliver both structured and free-play sessions to build your child’s confidence and let them explore gymnastics at their own pace in an exciting and engaging environment. Classes involve; A music based warm up Stretching using small hand prop (e.g bean bag, ball, scarf etc) A range of apparatus with circuits - floor, vault, bar, beam & tumble track Each week we focus on 1 skill to build your child’s knowledge We finish the class with the parachute and most importantly stickers! After the warmup you will be able to take your child onto the apparatus where there will be different stations and activities. This class is structured free-play, our coaches will be available to help with the supporting and assisting of your child. All our stations and activities change each and every week! They all develop your child's balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, self-esteem and fine motor skills.
